- Time from order confirmation to shipment. Weighed together with price in quote comparison.
- Sample13
- A small quantity requested to check quality before ordering. On MİTA an approved sample summary goes into the sales contract.
- Framework order / call-off14
- A total quantity agreed once and delivered in planned parts on scheduled dates.
- Barter15
