Platform approval (seal)

Both sides approve the same text; MİTA records its fingerprint. Anyone holding the contract can check on the verification page that it was not changed.

  • No commission

    Neither buyer nor seller pays a cut of the trade.

  • Money is never held

    Payment goes directly between the companies, to the bank details in the contract.

  • Sealed quotes

    Sellers never see each other's prices; copied and template quotes are flagged.

  • Approved contract

    Shipment and payment records open only after a contract both sides approved.

  • Sanctions screening

    Company names are checked against OFAC and UN lists; possible matches are reviewed.

  • Our role is clear

    MİTA is an intermediary, not a guarantor of goods, payment or the other party. Checking the other side is up to you.

  • No. There is no commission on trades and MİTA never holds money. Core use is free, and every new company tries the Professional desk free for 14 days. Optional Professional and Enterprise plans add instant alerts, more quotes and market insight; they open only when you request one and pay the invoice, and they do not renew automatically.
