Questions about fees and trust

Does MİTA take a commission?

No. There is no commission on trades and MİTA never holds money. Core use is free, and every new company tries the Professional desk free for 14 days. Optional Professional and Enterprise plans add instant alerts, more quotes and market insight; they open only when you request one and pay the invoice, and they do not renew automatically.

Is the platform seal legally a signature?

It is a tamper-evident record: a SHA-256 hash over the contract text, number and time, verifiable by anyone with the link. Qualified e-signature or KEP stays with the parties' own providers.

Who can see my documents and contracts?

Contract text is accessible to the parties and authorized administrators. Public seal lookup shows parties, time and status, but not the full contract text.

Which languages are supported, and which currency are prices in?

Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian. All prices, quotes and contracts are in USD; under each price an informational ≈ ₺ figure at the TCMB rate is shown.
