Trade sanction screening

Registration stores the company name, country and role. Email is marked with a verification link because there is no mail server.

• Buyer and seller roles stay separate
• A seller cannot inquire on their own listing
• The admin role is granted separately

Request a verification email in your account and open the link. Your email must be verified for listings and requests; all parties must be verified for a barter contract.

• The link expires after 24 hours
• The link can be used only once
• Company identity and authority are not verified

An accepted quote locks. Marking paid stores a record. No card is charged.

• Amount, incoterm and destination stay on the deal
• The seller advances the shipment
• Either party can record payment

Only the buyer and the listing's seller can write in a request thread. An admin cannot post into someone else's chat.

• A message notifies the other party
• Sample catalog cards cannot receive a request
• An out-of-stock listing rejects the request
