  1. §1

MİTA is an intermediary service provider within the meaning of art. 2 of Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce: it provides an electronic environment for other people's commercial activities. It is not a party, agent, broker, surety or guarantor of any sale, service, sample, framework-order or barter contract concluded between users. MİTA does not sell goods or services; it does not receive, hold or transfer payments and takes no commission on trades.

  2. §2

An account is opened for a company, a sole proprietorship or a person trading for commercial or professional purposes (e.g. a contractor, freelancer, farmer or tradesperson). A person opening an individual account declares that they use MİTA for their trade or profession, not as a consumer for personal needs. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of account details, listings, needs, offers, documents and messages.

  3. §3

Email verification shows only access to a mailbox; company verification shows only that the admins have seen the uploaded document. Neither guarantees identity, authority, solvency, stock, quality or delivery. Checking the other party (tax certificate, trade registry, references, samples, payment security) is each user's own duty of care.

  4. §4

MİTA is not obliged to pre-screen user content and is not liable for unlawful matters relating to content supplied by service providers or the goods or services it concerns (Law No. 6563, art. 9/1). Once aware that content is unlawful, MİTA removes it without delay and notifies the competent authorities where required (art. 9/2). Intellectual-property complaints are filed with evidence through the complaint desk; the content is removed and may be republished on a documented objection (art. 9/3). The parties' right to go to court or to the authorities is reserved.

  5. §5

Fees: no commission is taken on trades. Core use is free; the Professional and Enterprise plans are optional subscriptions. Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD excluding VAT and are paid by bank transfer against MİTA's invoice; a plan is activated by the admins after payment. Listings labelled 'Sponsored' are paid placement; matching and search ranking are never sold.

  6. §6

Prohibited use: fake companies, persons or listings; acting for someone else without authority; trading with sanctioned persons or entities; prohibited goods; fraud that redirects payments to other accounts; automated data collection (scraping) and driving MİTA's interfaces with third-party software. MİTA offers no public API. In these cases MİTA may remove content, suspend accounts and notify the authorities.

  7. §7

Only the parties concerned are liable for their obligations to each other, including delivery, quality, defects, payment, returns, customs, tax and fraud. If one party defrauds the other, fails to pay, fails to ship or ships defective goods, MİTA does not cover the loss, refund any payment or assume any debt. MİTA may share its records (messages, contract text, seal) with the competent authorities on request, as the law allows.

  8. §8

Disputes between users are resolved between the parties under the forum and law chosen in their contract. MİTA is not an arbitrator or mediator; the complaint desk reviews breaches of platform rules only.

  9. §9

MİTA's liability arising from its own service is, for slight negligence, limited to the subscription fees the user paid MİTA in the last 12 months. Liability for intent and gross negligence and any liability that cannot be limited by law is reserved (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, art. 115).

  10. §10

The user indemnifies MİTA against losses from justified third-party claims arising from the user's content, the user's dealings with the other party or the user's breach of these terms.

  11. §11

Draft — awaiting lawyer approval. Legal review is required before going live.
